Jewellery Care Instructions

• Keep your jewellery away from water and perfumes or other chemicals.

• You can store it in the AJEH jewellery box provided with every purchase or choose to store it in a zip-lock pouch.

• Clean it with a soft and dry cloth if needed.

Return & Exchange Policy

All AJEH products are handcrafted by expert karigars and undergo rigorous quality checks before being dispatched.

Returns and Exchanges are accepted if:

• Received items are damaged

• Received wrong items compared to what you ordered

To claim a return in any of the above scenarios, opening video of the parcel is mandatory.

If above conditions are true, you may return the items with their original packaging. Once we receive the product back, we will perform a quality check, and if it passes the said check we will replace the same product with a new one. In case the product goes out of stock we will refund the amount via Store Credit.

You may exchange or return any unused, undamaged, and properly maintained product within 7 days from the date of delivery.

For returns, we do not provide cash refunds. Instead, the amount will be refunded in the form of online store credit, which you can use to shop for any other product from AJEH Website without any time limit.
