Yes, Cash on Delivery(COD) option is available. There is no additional charge for COD either.

We also offer prepaid payment options and there is a Flat 10% off on those. This is auto-applied at the time of checkout.

Received Damaged/Wrong Product:

• Unboxing Video is MANDATORY as proof of damaged/wrong product received. No requests will be entertained for this case without a proper, uncut unboxing video from start to finish.
• In case you have received a damaged/wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at ajehbysuruchi@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91-8800125634.
• We will arrange for a pickup of the damaged item. Once we receive the returned product, we will promptly dispatch a replacement. 

Received Proper Product but want to return/exchange anyway:

• If you wish to return a non-damaged product, you need to inform us of the same within 24 hrs of delivery at ajehbysuruchi@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91-8800125634. Once we have noted your request, you need to return the products to the following address by courier or any other means. Make sure that the product is properly packed with bubble wrap and in its original packaging to avoid damage during return transit.

• Once we have received your returned product back, we will check it to make sure the seal tag is attached and there is no damage to the product. We make unboxing videos of all return parcels received from the customers. After a proper quality check, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit/discount code and send it to you via email. We do not provide cash refunds.
• In case the product has been returned to us without the seal tag, any form of refund will not be issued. And you will have to pay an additional shipping fee within 48 hours if you want us to ship that product back to you.
• An already exchanged/returned order cannot be exchanged/returned again, unless received damaged. For which, unboxing video is MANDATORY.
• Oxidised, Fashion and Handbeaded products are not returnable.

• Keep your jewellery away from water and perfumes or other chemicals.
• You can store it in the AJEH jewellery box provided with every purchase or choose to store it in a zip-lock pouch.
• Clean it with a soft and dry cloth if needed.
